Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Voice (Bank Fraud Investigation)

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite

SuccessLink Outsourcing is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice) with experience in bank fraud investigation. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers resolve critical financial concerns, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to bank fraud investigation

  • Assist customers in reviewing and resolving suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow investigation protocols

  • Provide clear and professional communication while maintaining customer trust

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of fraud cases

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry

    • Experience in bank fraud investigation or financial account support is preferred

    • Strong English communication skills (B1–C2 level preferred)

    • Senior High School or College graduates are welcome to apply

    • Ability to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig

    Compensation

    Salary: PHP 29,000 – PHP 32,000 per month
