Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Voice-Based)

Join us as a Customer Service Representative (Voice-Based) in the debt resolution industry, where you’ll be providing top-notch service to clients via voice communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues.
- Conduct welcome calls for new clients enrolled in our debt resolution programs.
- Provide regular updates to clients on their account status and progress through phone communication.
- Resolve client concerns, disputes, and requests via phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to assist with client communication regarding negotiations and settlements.
- Monitor and document all call details for accurate reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date client accounts and contact information across internal and web databases.
- Identify any operational issues and report them to your immediate supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent customer service experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, financial accounts, or related fields.
- MUST have excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working on-site and in a graveyard shift schedule.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Gmail, and GChat.
